Schools
The East Hanover School system is administered by the East Hanover Board of Education, which is elected by the voters. The Board Office is located at 20 School Avenue. The Board holds a public work session on the 2nd Tuesday and a regular public meeting on the 4th Tuesday at 20 School Avenue at 8:00 P.M. For further information please call 887-2212.
Hanover Park High School is part of a Regional High School district that also includes Whippany Park High School. East Hanover and Florham Park send their students to Hanover Park, and Hanover Township students attend Whippany Park. The three townships share the cost for the schools based upon attendance and assessment.
The high school system is administered by the Hanover Park Regional High School District Board of Education, whose members are elected by the voters of the three townships. The Board Offices are located at 75 Mount Pleasant Avenue and may be contacted by calling 887-0320. The board meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 8:00 P.M. at the Board offices.
